A. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app which allow FRx members to shop, dine and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers across 12 Frasers Property Retail developments.
Causeway Point, Century Square, Changi City Point, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines 1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Waterway Point and White Sands.
2. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Malls of Frasers Property. During the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation, his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information as may be required from time to time.
3. For verification purposes, the applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Malls of Frasers Property.

1. Frasers Experience (FRx) members enjoy these instant rewards / additional perks:
Receive $5 FRx Gift Card with $58 spent at F&B stores. Limited to first 50 shoppers per day.
Receive $25 FRx Gift Card with $180 spent at retail stores. Limited to first 80 shoppers per day.
Receive $60 FRx Gift Card with $380 spent at retail stores. Limited to first 50 shoppers per day.

Scan your FRx QR Code when paying in-store. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account.
Minimum spend of $10 in a single transaction at Changi City Point.
Maximum of 3 same-day, same-mall transactions, with a minimum spend of $10 per transaction.
Present your member QR code in the FRx app to verify transaction details scanned to the same FRx account on the day of purchase at Customer Service, Level 2 to redeem FRx Gift Card.
Available on a first-come-first-served basis, and while stocks last.
Issuance of $5 FRx Gift Cards are limited to a daily redemption cap. Daily redemption cap for Changi City Point: 50 redemptions daily.
Issuance of $25 FRx Gift Cards are limited to a daily redemption cap. Daily redemption cap for Changi City Point: 80 redemptions daily.
Issuance of $60 FRx Gift Cards are limited to a daily redemption cap. Daily redemption cap for Changi City Point: 50 redemptions daily.
2. To qualify for any instant rewards redemption at Customer Service, members must scan their FRx QR Code when making payments at participating stores prior to redemption on the day of purchase. The qualifying spend must be scanned to the same FRx account. Should the redemption require proof of payment, the actual receipts and/or payment card must be presented for verification.
3. For supermarket spending from FairPrice Finest, member must present same-day same-mall receipts along with their FRx QR Code at FairPrice Finest Customer Service to earn FRx Points.
4. All instant rewards ($5 FRx Gift Card, $25 FRx Gift Card and $60 FRx Gift Card) are available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last. All instant rewards must be taken as they are and are not exchangeable for cash or in kind.
5. The following transactions, including but not limited to, are not entitled to Instant Rewards redemption: non-profit organisations, child care centres, banks and financial institutions, offices, libraries, AXS/SAM machines, pushcarts/kiosks/roadshows/atrium fairs, voucher/gift card/cashcard/stored value card/prepaid SIM card top-up transactions and purchases, money changers, ATMs, FRx Gift Card purchases, bill/instalment payments/ deposits, insurance policy payment, SISTIC ticket purchases, lottery tickets, deposits and payment made via cheque, GIRO or Medisave.
6. All instant reward benefits may vary across the Malls of Frasers Property. Please check details of Changi City Point reward benefits at Customer Service, Level 2.
7. The Management of Changi City Point reserves the right to sight all purchases before granting redemption.
